2 liters of milk


3 teaspoons custard milk


1 pinch of saffron


1 corn flour


teaspoon

Method


- First of all, turn on the gas and place a big pan on it. Now pour 2 liters of milk into the pan. Take out half a glass of milk from this milk.


- This milk has to be halved, i.e., it has to be cooked well. When the milk reduces to half, add half a cup of sugar and a pinch of saffron to it.


- Now add 1 teaspoon of corn flour to a bowl and 3 teaspoons of custard milk to another bowl. Now add custard milk and corn flour to the half glass of milk that you have taken out.


- Now add this mixture to the milk and stir the milk well on medium flame for at least 7 to 8 minutes.


- In the next step, we will make caramel. To make caramel, take half a cup of sugar and put it in a pan, and turn on the gas on medium flame.


- When the sugar melts completely, understand that the caramel is ready. Now mix this caramel in the milk. This gives a very good color and also tastes amazing.



- After a few minutes, turn off the gas and let it cool. When the rabri cools down, take out half a cup of rabri in a ball and keep it in the fridge.


- After that, pour the remaining mixture into the kulfi-making mold. This kulfi can be made in many ways. You can make cup-sized kulfi using a cup.


- Cover the cup with aluminium foil and insert wooden sticks in each mould one by one. Now keep it in the freezer to set overnight.


- Whenever you feel like eating kulfi, take it out of the fridge and dip it in the extra rabri that you had taken out, and enjoy its taste.
