Malayalam superstar Mohanalal is working on his period action drama ' Vrusshabha '. On Wednesday, the makers shared the poster of the film. Let's find out how the poster looks.



Mohanlal shares teaser release date



The veteran actor took to social media and on his X handle shared a poster of the film. Alongside the poster he wrote, "The Battles, The Emotions, The Roar. Vrusshabha Teaser drops on 18th September."



In the poster, Mohanlal is seen as a fierce warrior holding a trident and shield, suggesting the teaser will give more insights regarding his new avatar in the film's world. He is seen giving a fervent look, making his character look intense. The teaser is expected to include some large-scale battle shots and the thunderous screen presence of Mohanlal.



Mohanlal's third period drama



With 'Vrusshabha', it will be Mohanlal's third project in the period action genre in recent years. Although his previous film did not capitalize on the box office, the upcoming project has high expectations.



The film is directed by Nanda Kishore and from the poster, it seems it is being shot on a grand scale. The film will be made in both Malayalam and Telugu. It will also be released in multiple languages including Hindi and Kannada making it a pan-India film.



Speaking of the film's score, it will feature music from Sam CS and Oscar-winning sound designer Resul Pookutty .



Mohanlal's recent film 'Hridayapoorvam'



Mohanlal was recently seen in the family drama, 'Hridayapoorvam', which received positive reviews from the fans. The movie is a heartfelt emotional family drama. It also stars Malavika Mohanan, Sangeeth Prathap, Sangita Madhavan Nair, and Siddique in key roles. It made over Rs 37.40 crore in 20 days at the box office domestically as per Sacnilk.
