With the excitement of Diwali not over yet, chefs are already curating special Halloween menus so guests can step into a world of frightful fun. What to expect, you ask? Roasted Pumpkin & Scamorza Cheese Pie, Witch Fingers, “Graveyard” Chocolate Mousse Cups, Witch’s Hair Pasta, Strawberry Ghost Gateaux, Blood of the Unknown, Spiced Pumpkin Halloween Tart, and Spirits of the Night cocktails with smoke, flames, wickedly twisted garnishes, and much more. All, of course, served with the devilish spookiness of Halloween.







Not just food - the forbidden collection has cocktails, too!


With Witch’s Remedy, Haunted Eyeball, Witch’s Brew, and Blood of the Unknown – you can expect a lot of witchcraft happening at the bar this Halloween. Le Meridien has conjured up The Forbidden Collection, a drinks menu featuring Wicked Mint Spell, Phantom Pumpkin Fizz, Witch’s Brew, Blood of the Unknown, Nightmare Nectar, and more for their guests this Halloween. Taj Mahal Hotel’s bar, Rick’s, will transform into a realm of mystery and allure with Spirits of the Night, a celebration where cocktails, music, and theatrics come alive.







Spooky decor with a spookier menu
With witches, demons, and skulls setting the scene, hotel properties are transforming into hauntingly elegant havens this Halloween. Geared up for the frightful yet exciting spooky season, ITC Maurya has unveiled an exclusive Halloween-themed menu. “At Ottimo, the evenings are kicking off with devilishly delicious starters like Witch Fingers and black garlic arancini draped in roasted tomato coulis. For the mains, the Bloody Lamb Ragu Pasta with tagliatelle and the pumpkin & sage risotto set the mood just right while the black pasta with crab & chili butter adds a hauntingly rich twist. The desserts promise a wicked finale, featuring Graveyard Chocolate Mousse Cups, Red Velvet Brain Cupcakes, and Eyeball Cake Pops that are as creepy as they are indulgent,” says the spokesperson from the hotel.

Set against a backdrop of spooky decor and elegance, this one-night-only event promises a memorable evening filled with seasonal flavours and ghoulish delights, says chef Gagandeep Singh Bedi, Director of Culinary, Roseate Hotels & Resorts. “The specially curated buffet features a wickedly delicious spread of festive dishes, including pumpkin hummus, bourbon chicken, butternut squash mac & cheese, roasted pumpkin & scamorza cheese pie, mini pumpkin cheesecakes, Spooky Halloween macarons, and many more hauntingly delightful surprises.”
