Roti Pizza Recipe


Leftover Rotis – 2-3
Pizza Sauce or Ketchup – 2-3 tablespoons
Mixed Vegetables (Onions, Capsicum/Bell Peppers, Tomatoes) – 1 cup
Cheese – 1/2 cup
Oregano
Chili Flakes


**Method**


To make Roti Pizza, start by preparing the leftover rotis. Lightly roast the rotis so that they become crispy easily when placed on the griddle (tawa) and do not burn on the bottom. Now, heat a griddle over medium heat and place a roti on it. Spread 1-2 tablespoons of pizza sauce over each roti. Top it with your favorite vegetables, such as finely chopped onions, capsicum, tomatoes, and corn.


Sprinkle a little salt and oregano to enhance the flavor. Now, add cheese on top according to your children's preference. Use a balanced amount of cheese so that the pizza doesn't become too heavy once it melts. Cover the pizza on the griddle and cook for 4-5 minutes, or until the cheese has completely melted and set nicely over the roti.



Ensure that the heat remains at a medium setting so that the roti does not burn and instead becomes lightly crispy.
