Additionally, experience as a law clerk or research assistant under a judge, judicial officer, or constitutional authority may also be counted as valid legal experience.

• Minimum Age: 23 years


• Maximum Age: 42 years

Candidates must have been born between April 2, 1983, and April 1, 2002. Age relaxation will apply to reserved categories as per rules.

• General/Other Categories: ₹700


• SC/ST/PwD Candidates: No fee

The fee must be paid online during application submission. Refunds will be issued only to candidates who appear in the preliminary examination.

The selection for OJS 2026 will be conducted through a competitive examination, as per judicial service rules. It will include three stages:
