Whether you need to satisfy a child's minor hunger pangs, crave something delicious to accompany your evening tea, or have guests arrive unexpectedly, Bread Pizza Pockets are the perfect snack for any occasion. These quick-to-prepare pockets are delightfully crispy on the outside and filled with melted cheese and zesty flavors on the inside.

The best part is that you don't need an oven to make them. You can easily prepare them on a *tava* (griddle) or a *kadai* (deep pan). So, without further ado, let's discover the easy, step-by-step recipe for making Bread Pizza Pockets.

**Ingredients**
Bread Slices – 8-10 (White Bread)
Mozzarella Cheese – 1 cup (Grated)
Finely Chopped Vegetables – 1 cup (Capsicum/Bell Pepper, Sweet Corn, Onion, and Carrot)
Pizza Sauce – 3-4 tablespoons
Chili Flakes and Oregano – To taste
Black Pepper Powder – ½ teaspoon
Salt – To taste
All-purpose Flour Slurry – 2 teaspoons flour mixed with a little water
Breadcrumbs – ½ cup (For coating)
Oil or Butter – For frying or toasting

**Preparation Method**
First, take a mixing bowl. Add all the finely chopped vegetables to it. Now, mix in the grated cheese, pizza sauce, chili flakes, oregano, black pepper, and a pinch of salt. Keep in mind that pizza sauce and cheese already contain salt, so add the salt carefully. Your pizza stuffing is now ready.

Next, take the bread slices and trim off all four edges using a knife. Now, use a rolling pin to gently roll out the bread slices so that they become thin and flat.

Apply the thick flour slurry along all four edges of the rolled-out bread slice. Finally, place a spoonful of the prepared stuffing in the center of the bread. Fold the bread in half to form a rectangular shape. Using your fingers or a fork, firmly press down on the edges to ensure the filling does not leak out.

If you wish to make them extra crispy, dip the prepared pockets once into a thin flour batter and then coat them in breadcrumbs. This will give them a market-style crunch.

Now, heat oil in a pan and fry the pockets over medium heat until they turn golden brown.
Serve the piping hot Bread Pizza Pockets with tomato ketchup or Schezwan chutney.
