India’s warehousing market has continued to expand at a robust pace in the rst quarter of 2026 despite global supply chain disruptions and rising logistics costs, with leasing activity across the top eight cities rising 15% year-on-year to 19.3 million sq ft. It marks the second-highest quarterly warehousing transaction volume since 2023, driven by sustained occupier demand from manufacturing and third-party logistics (3PL) rms as companies continued to strengthen supply chain networks and expand distribution capabilities, shows Knight Frank India data
