Traditional food for monsoon: As the weather changes, changes in our eating habits also become necessary. Weather has a deep impact on health. Turmeric Milk:

Moong Dal Khichdi:

Boiled or baked vegetables:
Avoid eating raw salad in this season. Cook and eat light vegetables like bottle gourd, ridge gourd, tinda and pumpkin.
Vegetable porridge: Fiber-rich porridge cleanses the intestines and eliminates constipation.
