Leaving behind the disappointment of the Ireland series, Team India is now ready to return to action. Team India will now face England in the second phase of the United Kingdom tour. The first match of the T20 series will be held on 1 July. Before this match, the most heated debate is on what will be the playing-11? England, captained by Harry Brook, has revealed its 11 players, in which star pacer Joffra Archer has not been included. But the question remains to whom Team India will give a chance. Actually there is only one question – will Vaibhav Suryavanshi debut?

The series of 5 T20 matches will start on Wednesday at Chester le Street in Durham County. A day before this match, England announced its playing-11, in which most of the regular players of the T20 team have got a chance. But star fast bowler Joffra Archer is not there in it. This is because just a day earlier he was a part of the England Test team, which had to face defeat by New Zealand. In such a situation, Archer and Josh Tong have been rested. Saqib Mahmood and Luke Wood have been included in their place.

What did Iyer say on Vaibhav Suryavanshi?

But while the curtain has been lifted on England's playing-11, questions still remain regarding the Indian team. There was no indication regarding this even in the press conference of captain Shreyas Iyer a day before the match. On Vaibhav Suryavanshi's question, Captain Iyer made it clear that he will not reveal the team's planning before the match. In such a situation, we will have to wait till the toss to decide whether Vaibhav will debut or not. Now if Vaibhav gets a chance to debut then who will free up space for him?

Abhishek or Tilak- who will drop?

There is no answer to this question but indications were visible in the practice of Team India. If these indications are to be believed then it is possible that Vaibhav Suryavanshi may be seen opening with Sanju Samson in this match. This is because during the team's practice session, Vaibhav Suryavanshi batted in the nets on two different occasions. In this, he was not facing the part-time or nets bowlers but only the main fast bowlers of the team. The most special thing was that during this time Abhishek Sharma was standing in the role of umpire and watching them and was not practicing batting.

If this is an indication then it can be assumed that Abhishek can be given a break from this match. If Abhishek is retained then the other option is Tilak Verma, who can be dropped. In such a situation, Sanju Samson can be fielded at number three or at number five only as a trial in this match. Even though Tilak Verma had scored a half-century in the last match, his batting, especially his struggle against spinners, remains a cause of major concern. In such a situation, it can be tried as an experiment.

As far as the rest of the players are concerned, most of the players fielded in the second T20 are likely to remain intact, which also includes Prince Yadav, who made his debut in the last match itself.
