Method of making ginger-mint water


Material:
1 inch ginger (grated or cut into small pieces)
10-15 fresh mint leaves
1 glass water
juice of half a lemon
a pinch of black salt
Method of preparation:
Pour water in a vessel and add ginger and mint leaves to it and boil it.
When the water is reduced to half, turn off the flame and let it cool.
Then filter it and pour it into a glass. Mix lemon juice and black salt and drink it on an empty stomach in the morning.
