Mumbai: In the 'Weekend Ka Vaar' episode of 'Bigg Boss 20', there came a moment which increased the heartbeats of the fans. During the show, Salman Khan was seen repeatedly indicating pain near his chest, after which an atmosphere of concern was created on social media about his health. However, now Salman himself has come forward and clarified this entire matter and made it clear that his health is absolutely fine.

In the middle of the episode, Salman Khan was seen placing his hand on his heart, after which he was seen having difficulty speaking and lay down on the stage. He also asked the people present there to call a doctor. Seeing this entire incident, there was a stir among the audience and many fans started praying for his health on social media.

Salman gave clarification on Instagram

Seeing the increasing concern of the fans, Salman Khan himself clarified this entire matter through Instagram story. He wrote that by the grace of God there is no problem in his health. Along with this, he also expressed his displeasure over the editing of the show's promo and said that the way this incident was shown, it seemed as if he really had a health problem.

The purpose was to explain to the contestant Qazi

According to Salman, the pain he showed was actually to explain an important thing to Contestant Qazi. He said that he wanted to teach Qazi that it was absolutely wrong to make excuses about his health for the sake of entertainment, especially when the rest of the house did not know that he was just acting and they were really worried about him. Salman further wrote that due to wrong editing of the promo, their real purpose was defeated, and it seemed as if they were doing the same thing that Qazi had done inside the house.

Salman Khan also appeared very angry during the episode. He lashed out at online trollers who target artists especially on their looks. Giving a befitting reply to the continuous comments on his bald look, he took off his cap and T-shirt on the stage itself, giving a clear message to the trollers that they are not afraid of anything he says. Salman further said that if people want to troll him then feel free to do so, he does not care about it. Let us tell you that on the work front, Salman Khan will soon be seen in director Apoorva Lakhia's film 'Matribhumi', although no official announcement has been made yet regarding the release date of the film.
