Everyone, from upper management to your peers, is scheduling meetings and calling for a plan. Under the Chinese zodiac , November 2, 2026, is recognised as Geng Chen Day, a Yang Metal Dragon day. Energy runs high in and out of the office. Although some manage to take charge, some others feel that the burden of responsibility is too much and that they weren’t prepared for it.

How to Navigate Today’s EnergyUse today’s energy wisely. Be sure to double-check everything before signing this week’s reports.

Metal allows things to be cut cleanly. Making a deal requires clear thinking, well-constructed plans, and drafting correspondence. That said, if you are clear in your feedback, saying “row 12 does not match” will help you more than the cliché “your report is sloppy.”

Today’s zodiac prediction: Speak openly but not critically of others. If a request seems unreasonable, ask for it in writing before you agree.

Chinese Zodiac Animals That Need Care TodayDog

Tension arises between Dogs and Dragons, or orders coming from above. Your senior colleague may assign you more work than you expected, or they could challenge your work publicly.

Politely ask for priorities, or if everything seems urgent, let your boss decide what to do next week.

Rabbit

The link between the Dragon and the Rabbit will be activated today. Strong opinions will be voiced during meetings, and the Rabbit will feel frustrated.

Be sure to send your proposals in writing after the meeting. Written communication is always stronger than verbal communication today.

Ox

For the Ox, the day of the Dragon brings a break in the relationship. A project approved last week may reopen, or payment may get stuck in paperwork.

Keep the approvals at hand. Also, don’t commit to any new dates until the old issue is settled.

Chinese Zodiac Animals That May Enjoy Good LuckMonkey

The Monkey is part of the Water triad with the Dragon, so bold ideas will be taken seriously today and may finally be approved.

Just present your thoughts with numbers. It will be hard to refuse when you present them positively.

Rat

The Rat also belongs to the same triad. A good reaction might help you solve a problem others haven’t tackled since last month.

Take all the credit for this, but don’t brag. This week, goodwill counts, not just results.

Rooster

The Rooster has a great day with the Dragon. Accurate work may draw the manager’s attention, especially with client reports and documents.

Just check the last page once again before making it final.

Balanced Day for These Chinese Zodiac AnimalsTigers, Dragons, Snakes, Horses, Goats, and Pigs will have a challenging Monday, but they are likely to keep everything under control.

Tigers can lead the project, but working together will ensure better cooperation. Dragons might seem too aggressive today, so they will need to lower their tone in meetings to gain support. Snakes might uncover flaws in the new policy that no one has noticed before.

The Horse should avoid promising deadlines that contradict plans. Goats can stay focused by having a simple written list. Pigs will probably be asked to resolve conflicts between colleagues, which they can do best by staying impartial.

Overall, straightforward words and accurate data are the key to success on this Monday.

Lucky Action of the DayOpen the calendar for November and reserve two hours per week for your main activities. Treat these hours as if they were meetings that cannot be cancelled from your planner.
